The below itinerary introduces you to the natural wonders of South India. These include its hill stations, tea plantations, tiger sanctuaries, backwaters and Lagoons, as well as some of its most interesting cities.

You start of in Bangalore, the IT capital of India and one of India’s most cosmopolitan cities. From Bangalore, a short detour takes you to Mysore, part of Wodeyar princely dynasty. We then hit  the hill country, visiting the hill stations of Ooty and Kodaikanal followed by Munnar, the land of rolling mists and endless tea estates. A tea plantation visit here is a must. The southern state of Kerala comes next, where we visit the Periyar tiger reserve and the colonial Harbour town of Kochi before entering the backwaters of Kumarakom. Here you will idle away hours on a backwaters cruise, indulge in Ayurvedic therapies or just laze under the tropical sun.
